Warranty

INSTALLATION WARRANTY. We warranty the installation of all fixed glass (non-moveable) such as the windshield, back glass, etc for the life as long as the present owner continues to own or lease this vehicle. This warranty is not transferable. This means that a new windshield or back glass will be properly installed and sealed by experienced technician. It will not leak unless it is broken or the vehicle rusts around it. (See exclusion for details). This warranty covers only the repair or replacement mentioned above and does not cover any, incidental, indirect or consequential damages. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement by authorized, Low Price Auto Glass, Inc installer. There are no warranties that extend beyond those expressed above.

All moveable glass has lifetime warranty for defect, workmanship and limited 60 days for fit and function (See exclusion for details).

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover windshield or back glass leakage or stress cracks due to any rust in the pinchweld area. We will use reasonable efforts to advise customer of the existence of such damage or rust prior to removal of existing glass. Damage not involving defective workmanship or materials is expressly excluded from coverage under this warranty. Any rust repairs needed in pinchweld are the sole responsibilities of the vehicle owner.

For all moveable glass any additional repairs needed such as door lock jammed as result of glass breakage, latch or hinges damaged or broken, regulator is bent it has jumped off tack or has rusted, control switches damaged, shorted or not functioning, power connection damaged or broken, moulding around door glass is bent or broken, door panel missing plastic inserts or screws are sole responsibilities of the vehicle owner.

If you have a problem that is covered by warranty, please contact us Toll Free 1-800-750-0750 and we will replace or repair the warranted part or correct the defective workmanship free of charge. For warranty work we will require proof of installation such as a copy of the invoice.

Limited Warranty

Windshield Repair

The windshield repair process involves the injection of resin into the damaged part of the glass. The success of each windshield repair is variables depending on age of damage, point of impact area such line of vision, cracks around the damaged, moisture or dirt in the damaged area. The best outcomes are obtained when the damage is current.

All windshield repairs are warranty for 30 days from date of service and it is not transferable. If the spot where windshield was repaired crack further within 30 days of warranty, the price of repair is credited towards purchase of new windshield from authorized Low Price Auto Glass, Inc locations. If you used insurance company for repair than insurance company will be credited.

Risk of Repair

Sporadically attempt to repair the windshield can result in the chip or crack expending or becoming larger. We will not be responsible for such damage.
