Return Guidelines

Our truck will pick up parts that you wish to return in the event of a problem or you can also drop it off. While we try to be flexible, parts will generally be picked up at the next delivery date rather than immediately upon request.

• Only return parts purchased from Low Price Auto Glass, Inc.
• We do not accept parts purchased from other companies!
• Clean glass part(s) before returning.
• Part(s) with primer on them are not returnable.
• Part(s) more than 30 days old are subject to 12% restocking fee.
