Return Guidelines

Our truck will pick up parts that you wish to return in the event of a problem or you can also drop it off. While we try to be flexible, parts will generally be picked up at the next delivery date rather than immediately upon request.

• Only return parts purchased from Lake Auto Glass, Inc.
• We do not accept parts purchased from other companies!
• Clean glass part(s) before returning.
• Part(s) with primer on them are not returnable.
• 5% restocking fee on returns after 7 days,10% after 15 days, 15% after 21 days and no returns after 30 days.
• A 1.5% late fee will be apllied against att balances past due by more than 30d ays
